When will my Brokaw Box Ship?

Our hardworking crew picks, packs and ships your box. We send boxes out twice a month. Please check the shop listing and product photos for more information.

Tracking information will be available upon shipping.

Where do you ship? Is shipping really free?

Shipping is always free! We ship almost everywhere in the United States, but unfortunately can’t ship to Arizona, Alaska, or Hawai’i.

What's special about Brokaw Avocados?

At Brokaw Ranch, our focus is on our crew, sustainable practices and quality fruit. We use a high density planting method that leads to safer work conditions, higher efficiency and more production in a smaller area.

We’ve been growing avocados and subtropical citrus for years and are delighted to share our harvest with you!

Can I send a box as a gift?

You sure can! In order for your gift to reach your gift recipient, make sure that their shipping details are entered at checkout, and you complete the form with their e-mail address.

If you’d like us to include a gift note, select that option when adding a Brokaw Box to your cart (additional $3.00).

If you prefer to not include a gift note, please contact your giftee as they might be surprised to receive a Brokaw Box out of the blue.

If you’re ordering gifts for multiple recipients or addresses, please make separate orders or contact us via e-mail for more assistance.

What are your shop policies?

Here at Brokaw Ranches, we send the best of what is in season. We reserve the right to make substitutions of equal or higher value to your boxes.

We reserve the right to delay or cancel shipments that cannot be filled for any reason, including inclement weather.

Please check your orders for accuracy. We cannot be responsible for your errors, or delivering to an incorrect address.
